1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and, for password accounts, a securely hashed password.
• Google Sign-In data: if you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Content you create: watchlists, portfolio entries you add manually, price alerts, chat questions and chart images you upload for analysis.
• Payment information: when you buy StockFinz AI Pro, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the order and payment IDs, amount and status — we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Contact form submissions: the name, email address and message you send us, plus the IP address and browser type used, to respond and prevent spam.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referring URL and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• To provide the Service — dashboards, signals, AI analysis, alerts and Pro features — and to enforce plan limits.
• To process payments and maintain billing records.
• To reply to support requests and send important account or service messages (for example email verification).
• To measure and improve performance, understand which features are useful and fix problems.
• To show advertising and measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns.
• To protect the Service, detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use:

• Essential cookies: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in. The Service cannot work without it.
• Preference storage: local browser storage for settings such as your last viewed stock or dismissed notices.
• Analytics cookies: set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
• Advertising cookies: set by Google (AdSense) and by X (formerly Twitter) to serve and measure ads. If you arrive from an X ad we may store X's click identifier in a first-party cookie to attribute sign-ups and purchases.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

4. Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location. Google may process this data on servers outside India. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Service. 5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to stockfinz.com and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Google's advertising policies are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

We also use the X (Twitter) conversion pixel and Conversion API to measure whether our X ads lead to sign-ups or purchases. For this, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, your IP address and browser user agent may be shared with X. You can control ad personalisation in your X account settings.

6. Other Service Providers

• Google — sign-in, analytics and advertising.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Email delivery provider — verification and service emails.
• AI model providers — to generate analysis from your questions and uploaded charts. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in chat messages or images.
• Market data and news sources — to display prices, indicators and headlines. We do not send your personal data to them.
• Cloud hosting — to run the Service and store data securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and users.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, connections are encrypted with HTTPS and access to production data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organisational measures.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing such as analytics or personalised advertising.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, where applicable law allows.
• Raise a grievance with us, and, where applicable, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
